My gut feeling is that international pressure encouraged the change. I haven’t read the piece yet.

well just based on that part of it, thank you president obama and we got our work cut out for us; i’ve honestly never even thought about this but i’m beginning to lose repsect in general for the way china manages it’s country; they exploit humans and natural resources and i bet not even in only in their own country; i bet they exploit the crap out of africa
